Designed in collaboration with Achim Heine, Professor of product design and member of the German Design Council, the SEBO D range represents form and function in harmony.
Innovation. Comfortable handle grips for easy manoeuvring, a soft airbelt bumper system to protect your furniture, together with many other details, create a vacuum cleaner that works with you, and your home. For example the circular front, with its patented airbelt bumper, is ideal for moving around obstacles and allows a large capacity 6l bag. An extra long 12m cable contributes to an incredible 15.5m cleaning range.
Performance. The air flow through the machine has been optimised and a high tech cone-shaped hose has been used, which significantly improves suction. The suction motor uses the latest turbine technology to give superlative cleaning power. Professional cleaning heads and a highly efficient filtration system combine to give outstanding cleaning performance on any type of floor. The SEBO Kombi cleaning head has unique removable inserts so that you can choose between maximum suction under the cleaning head, or edge cleaning.
Quality. Made in Germany, SEBO vacuum cleaners are constructed from the highest quality materials. Every SEBO vacuum cleaner is fully tested before it leaves the factory, so that you can be confident that in buying a SEBO, you are buying the best.

Performance Reliability QualitySpongebobon 16/07/2015My family has a cleaning business, so this machine has to be robust and to work hard. So far, it's fulfilled its promise. My only regret is not buying a model with a turbo brush, as pet hair takes a bit of work using the standard floor tool. We had a Bosch previously, and it was not so well made, so parts of it failed fairly quickly. So far so good with the Sebo!
Quality Performance Reliabilityg10macon 29/06/2015This is an excellent product, my only issue is with the imbalance when using the hose alone with attachment, the hover tends to tip if you put pressure on the hose.
But I'm still well pleased with the product and no regrets with the purchase
Performance Reliability QualityA J on 25/06/2015My D2 Storm Eco is a beautifully engineered product that far exceeds my expectations. It performs fantastically, it is not too noisey, and it just feels like it was built to last. We had an upright Dyson and it was heavy, difficult to use and carry on the stairs, the hoses repeatly failed and the noise was unbearable.
Performance Reliability QualityRogeron 24/06/2015Very powerful, if a little heavy to carry up stairs. Suction excellent, cord a good length, bags robust a seal well
Performance Reliability QualityJimMcClellandon 04/05/2015We have had an old Henry vacuum for many years due to its long travel and great for several members who have dust allergies. But, the pipes have started to fall out, there is no way to store the tools on board and we wanted something a bit more compact in the home. Cleaning stairs has also been a problem. The D2 Storm has been a blessing in disguise and poor Henry is now in the garage permanently, for cleaning out the car with.
We looked at a Bosch BSGL5 which also takes a dust bag but it has lesser plastic quality and seems to have the same push to tighten design on the tubes as the Numatic. Well, its all change with SEBO!! Everything locks, from tthe hose to the handle, from the handle to the height adjustable tubes (a nice touch, that) and the main floor head. Another nice touch are three cleaning tools that store easily at the back of the D2. No more hunting around like the old Numatic. It is a pity the tools are at the back of the D2 as i have to think in advance on the tools I want to use, but at least they can be stored on the machine, regardless.
I'm more impressed with the suction from this 700 watt vacuum though. It seems to be a good model that's known as "Eco." I was surprised at first that something so quiet could be so powerful! Yet this is like an upgrade from the years of being a Numatic owner. Four castors on the D2 make it super easy to roll around and it takes up less room than Henry, doesn't fall over rugs on floors and all the while with great quallity just seems to take knocks in its stride. I love the bumper design as it especially saves me from having to re-paint skirting boards and there's also a handy bag indicator which Henry has never had.
All in all this is a great LARGE cylinder vacuum. It is still on its original dust bag and this vacuum was purchased and used at the start of December 2014. We haven't stopped using it. Such a difference when something is properly designed. Super impressed with the D2. Thanks, SEBO. I am converted!
