Returns and cancellations
You have a right to cancel your order before despatch, or within 7 working days after the date of delivery.
We ask that you return unwanted goods so that they are received back by us within 7 working days of the cancellation of your order.You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted goods to us.*
SEBO (UK) Ltd will refund you the cost of the unwanted items within 30 days. If the goods have already been delivered, then the delivery charge will be forfeited.*
Goods must be returned to us in as new condition. Where goods are returned in not as new condition, you will be charged to cover the loss in value of the goods.
Please note that it is our policy to refund by way of the original purchase method of payment.
The placing of an order does not constitute a contract of sale. Sale of goods will be at the discretion of the management of SEBO UK Limited.
*Unless the goods have been wrongly delivered by SEBO (UK) Ltd, or are faulty.
The information we receive from customers helps us personalise and continually improve your shopping experience at SEBO UK Ltd. We use the information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us and recommend merchandise and services that might be of interest to you. We also use this information to improve our store and platform.
Delivery
Despatch of goods will normally be within 5 working days of receiving the order.
Delivery by carrier will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Quoted delivery charges are for the UK mainland only. Delivery to other areas is charged at cost.
Delivery will either be by first class post, or by carrier. Where delivery is made by carrier and no-one is available to sign for the consignment, a card will be left. After 2 attempts at delivery the goods will be returned to SEBO (UK) Ltd at the customers cost.
Where goods are damaged on receipt, or the delivered goods do not match the order/invoice, SEBO (UK) Ltd must be notified immediately.
SEBO (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible if goods go missing after they have been delivered.
SEBO (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible if goods do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering their address details.
