Delivery Terms and Conditions

Despatch of goods will normally be within 5 working days of receiving the order.

Quoted delivery charges are for the UK mainland only. Delivery to other areas is charged at cost.

Delivery will be by either Royal Mail post or by carrier. Where delivery is made by carrier and no-one is available to sign for the consignment, a card will be left. After 2 attempts at delivery the goods will be returned to SEBO (UK) Ltd at the customers cost.

Delivery by carrier will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Where goods are damaged on receipt, or the delivered goods do not match the order/invoice, SEBO (UK) Ltd must be notified immediately.

SEBO (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible if goods go missing after they have been delivered.

SEBO (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible if goods do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering their address details.
